Providing industry-leading 3D design and simulation capability, the Ventsim/PumpSim software is widely used among the global mine ventilation community. Howden will now offer a full suite of solutions for mine ventilation, from modelling and design software to full turnkey projects including main and auxiliary fans, instrumentation, automation and Ventilation on Demand via the Simsmart product line.
PumpSim provides a full 3-dimensional dynamic environment to generate the most accurate pumping simulation and data from your network.
Use Pumpsim software to:
- Easily construct pipe models in true scale 3D.
- Estimate optimum pipe sizing.
- Model and simulate flow, pressure and pump performance.
- Import designs and solids from AutoCAD (DXF).

Do not run the software after installation. Run Notepad in Run as admin mode, from the File -> open menu, go to C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc and open the Hosts file (if you do not see the file, go to the bottom right corner Convert Text Documents to All Files) then two statements
127.0.0.1 ventsim.com
127.0.0.1 pumpsim.com
Add to the end. Instead, you can completely block the software in the firewall. Then run the LicGen file from the crack folder and click on the PumpSim icon (right) to get a successful message. The software is now ready to use.
Version 3.1.2.6 was installed on Windows 10, 6400, on May 25, 1400, and was successfully activated as shown in the image.
